GWS Gallery Page Information
The Georgia Watercolor Society is proud to showcase our members' work. If you are interested in a gallery page that showcases your own work, please make sure your dues are paid, and then send an email to the GWS Webmaster with the following information:
- Your name
- Several paragraphs with a brief biography or statement about your work.
Please send your biography in text format. We will not accept PDFs or pictures of your biography.
- Up to four jpeg images of your work. We already have images of anything that has been exhibited at a GWS exhibition since 2006. We will display the four most recently updated images that we have for you. Your images should be at least 500 pixels on the longest side. Other than that, don't worry too much about the size of the images; we will resize them to the proper size for the page.
We will not accept slides or prints of your work. You must submit digital images.
- Titles and dimenensions for the images you submit
- Contact information, such as your email address, website address, and phone number, are optional. If you choose to use your email address in the gallery, we will make our best to obfuscate the address enough to hide it from spammers.
Small print: GWS and its members and employees will try to accurately represent your work and the information you submit. From time to time, there are bound to be errors. By submitting your work and sending the fee, you agree to have your works posted on the Website, and you agree that you will not hold GWS, its members, or its employees responsible for errors. You also agree that you will review the work and promptly notify the Gallery Master of errors.
At the option of the Webmaster, other corrections may be made from time to time as the site is updated.
